From November 26-28, NBC News will have coverage of a wide range of transmission shops across the country.
Here’s what you need to know.
The big four U.S. transmission shops — FCA, General Motors, Nissan and Toyota — will all be open on Thanksgiving.
But if you’re a new mom, a new dad or someone who is looking to buy a new transmission, there are some big differences.
Here are some of the things to look for:There are no transmissions available in the U.N. High Commission stores for sale during the holiday season, so check your local stores before making your purchases.
However, there is one transmission that’s available in-store: the Toyota Highlander, which is offered in Japan and Taiwan.
If you are an auto repair shop, you can get a transmission kit for about $100 at a transmission shop in a designated area, which will include:1.
Transmission parts 2.
A few stickers5.
A couple of small items that are included in the kit.
For more information on transmission kits, click here.FCA’s transmissions will be available at the dealerships on November 28, and will cost between $5,000 and $10,000 depending on the model.
GM will have a limited number of transmissions available at its dealerships starting on Thanksgiving Day.
Nissans transmissions will cost $1,000 to $2,500.
Nissan will have transmission kits available at some of its dealers on November 27, but no transmissions will go on sale at the Nissan dealership until December 1.
Toyota transmissions will start at $5 and will go up to $9,999 for models starting in 2019.
Nissan and GM will be offering transmissions at some dealerships through December 15.
Nordstrom has transmissions available for $25 to $35 and will have more than 1,000 models available through December 16.
Toys R Us will have transmissions available to pre-order on November 30.
If you don’t have a transmission on hand, you may be able to get it online at the Toys R Us online store, or through a Toyota dealer.
Toyota transmissions will only be available for a limited time, and you will need to preorder it to get one.
